- We do not collect names, ID numbers or home addresses — facial biometric and incident data is handled under each member's framework (POPIA in SA; GDPR in the UK/EU; equivalents elsewhere).
- Capture is post-detention only — no street scanning, no mass surveillance. Every read and write sits in a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail.
- Runs on secure Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. We are the Operator/Processor; the organisation is the Responsible Party/Controller.
