Honest note: reading the printed text depends on light, glare and your camera - a poor capture is reported as incomplete (re-scan), never as a false pass. DiskWatch is a verification aid for officers and operators, not a legal determination - always confirm by eye. Scanning runs fully offline and stores nothing off your phone; the only online step is the licence activation/check. On the monthly option, cancel anytime in PayPal and your access continues to the end of the month you’ve paid for; on the once-off option there is nothing to cancel - the licence never expires.
